SHIPPING POLICY
Iyxa Collection processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing & Shipping Times

On-Hand Items: Orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Pre-Order Items: Orders ship within 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Iyxa Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Iyxa Collection is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. In certain cases, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Iyxa Collection. Refunds will not be provided for lost or stolen packages.
We strongly recommend ensuring a secure delivery location when placing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Approved returns may be eligible for store credit only, at the discretion of Iyxa Collection.
